Preventative Maintenance

Our in-house maintenance division is focused on professional proactive service, ensuring world class communication, pricing control, and 24/7 emergency care. This helps secure the bottom line and retain our residents.

We believe in creating value for every asset we manage, which is why Rent Haven prepares a comprehensive Preventative Maintenance Plan per asset annually. We conduct a property Site Audit Report and Unit By Unit Inspections to determine existing conditions and immediate maintenance needs. The information gathered from the inspections is recorded and used to formulate the Preventive Maintenance Plan which includes a schedule and plan of action.
