Our Leasing Specialist's primary focus is to provide excellent customer service to residents, prospective residents, and every person who interacts with our communities. We are looking for individuals who are strong communicators, highly driven, and very organized.
Our Property Accounting team is responsible for general ledger accounting, payroll, monthly closing of books including finalization and detailed monthly reporting with variance analysis.
Our Maintenance division is made up of many moving parts from Supervisors and Technicians to Project Managers and Reno experts. Our Maintenance team does it all from performing installations to repair and general upkeep of each property we manage.
The Compliance department is responsible for keeping Rent Haven’s property management practices and activities within the guidelines, regulations and ethical expectations of the Fair Housing Act. Prior experience with housing authorities is expected when applying to join our Compliance team.
As an Office Manager or Executive Coordinator you will be responsible for ensuring the administrative process are running smoothly and provide support where needed. These positions can range widely in duties and responsibilities, from reception to assisting with leasing guest cards and back-end CRM processes.
The Marketing team at Rent Haven oversees every aspect of marketing for each property we manage. These responsibilities include managing advertising contracts, social media, resident communication, newsletters, resident events, and many other activities.
